Because of our diverse personnel experiences, we are able to offer services spanning the complete construction industry, beginning with architectural drafting, development cost management, general contracting and post construction defect and property loss claim evaluation. This diversity of knowledge and experience along with the input and review with the group allows us to provide constant sound and balanced opinions for our clients. Our staff of experts offers university degrees in construction and management, diplomas in architectural drafting, four contractor's licenses and more than a 100 cumulative years of field experiences.

We are able to provide consulting services to developers as an integral part of their design, cost management and/or project management team, act as general contractor when required and provide assistance to the insurance and legal industries in resolving construction claim and legal disputes.

After being employed in the construction industry for more than 15 years, Conrad Slabbert started Conrad Construction Services in 1992 then in 2000 incorporated the company as Conrad Consulting, Inc. Although the company started small with a handful of clients and limited services, the company soon expanded its services to an ever-increasing client base. The company has provided consulting services to all professional types associated with the construction industry. These types include homeowners, developers, architects, engineers, financial institutions, insurance companies and attorneys, on projects ranging from custom homes, tract homes, commercial and industrial buildings, retail centers, land development. To the insurance industry, we have provided property loss evaluation to all noted project types associated with natural disasters, i.e. fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, and personal injury investigations.

The individual licenses held by the company personnel currently allow us to provide services in the states of California and Nevada.
