Conrad Consulting makes use of three in-house consultants and four contract consultants for rendering of consulting services. In order for our opinions to be based upon current construction processes and activities, two personnel are active contractors in the Southern California construction environment. Mr. Conrad Slabbert

Mr. Conrad Slabbert's graduate studies were in construction theories and management. Soon after he found employment with construction companies and consulting concerns. Based upon the experiences gathered in his past studies and employment, he identified a window of opportunity and established Conrad Construction Services in 1992. His goal was to provide consulting services within the South Western United States, where there was a dire need for certified and experienced expert construction consulting and forensic services. In January 2000, he incorporated the business under the name of Conrad Consulting, Inc. Mr. Slabbert is the main contact for all projects and designated expert for the company, and will assign a project captain to assist him on projects.

Since the companys inception he has provided these services and opinions to hundreds of property developers, design firms, financial institutions, insurance companies, legal firms and private homeowners, covering projects of all construction types and sizes.

Chris Moore

Mr. Moore joined the company at the beginning of 2003, after spending most of his career in the restaurant business. His energetic and inquisitive personality, together with his past construction experiences, has shown the career change to be a success. Mr. Moore has a good understanding of the construction process and will research all avenues and provide a fresh look at the execution of work and coordination of trades. In addition to the consulting services, Mr. Moore is our in-house technical/computer administrator.
