With over 10 years’ experience at Conrad Consulting, having joined the business in 2016, I specialise in the recruitment of professionals across the Architecture & Interior Design industry throughout the Midlands region.
Over the years, I’ve developed an in depth knowledge of the architectural scene across the region, building strong relationships with practices and professionals at all levels. I pride myself on taking the time to understand what both clients and candidates are genuinely looking for, rather than taking a one size fits all approach to recruitment.
My approach is straightforward: I like to be calm, friendly and approachable, and I’m certainly not the stereotypical “pushy, in your face” Recruiter. I believe the best recruitment relationships are built on trust, honest advice and good communication, whether that results in an immediate placement or simply a useful conversation.
Away from work, I’m a family man with two young kids who keep me extremely busy (you’ll likely hear them somewhere in the background if it’s an out of hours call!). I’m also a lifelong Leeds United supporter for my sins, and a season ticket holder to boot. I’m also a keen golfer and pre-kids made it to scratch handicap. Post-kids, I’m just happy to be out on the course!
