I joined Conrad Consulting in January 2025, specialising in the Construction sector across the UK.
As I enter my fifth year in recruitment, I was eager to take on a new and exciting challenge. The opportunity to join a well-established consultancy with Conrad’s strong structure, reputation and clear progression pathways was a major attraction. I was particularly drawn to the chance to develop new client relationships, expand my industry knowledge and continue building my skill set within a supportive and ambitious environment.
I began my recruitment career at the age of 21 as a trainee and, through consistent performance and a strong work ethic, progressed to Senior Consultant by June 2023. Throughout my career, I have remained highly motivated and focused on long-term growth, with clear aspirations to develop into a Director in the near future. I am enthusiastic about the challenges ahead and committed to achieving both personal and professional success.
Within the Construction sector, I work across a broad range of roles including Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, Site Managers and various other construction-focused positions. I support clients across multiple stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring they have access to skilled and reliable professionals. My main focus is on truly understanding my clients’ needs, offering honest and tailored advice, and securing the right talent to add long-term value to their organisations. I pride myself on building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising with friends, travelling whenever possible and attempting to enjoy playing golf!
