I began my career with Conrad Consulting in 2013 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. After progressing to Recruitment Consultant, I established the surveying desk and went on to enjoy over a decade with the business.
In 2023, I made the difficult decision to pursue a new challenge within the construction industry, taking on a business development role for a large Local Authority Trading Company. Although I stepped away from recruitment, I always kept a close eye on the market and stayed connected with former clients and candidates.
At the start of 2026, I realised I wanted to return to recruitment—the industry I’d always felt most at home in. After a coffee with Graham, the decision was made, and I returned to Conrad Consulting, a company I’ve seen grow from strength to strength. I’m excited to contribute to the next chapter of that growth.
As a Recruitment Consultant, I pride myself on offering genuine consultancy—providing market insight, industry knowledge, and honest advice to ensure my clients and candidates receive the best possible service.
Outside of work, life is kept lively by my young son and the ever-growing list of DIY projects my wife has lined up for me. When I do get some spare time, I enjoy both watching and playing sport. I’ve supported Liverpool since childhood thanks to Robbie Fowler being my hero. I can’t claim to share his sweet left foot or finishing ability, but there’s no harm in dreaming!
