New Starter - Sarah Plant

Conrad Consulting are really pleased to welcome Sarah Plant who has joined the architecture team in Head Office as a resourcer this week. Her primary resonsibility will be to assist the consultants in finding the best candidates for their vacancies. Sarah has come from a background in HR and has had recruiting responsibilities in the past, however this is her first job in recruitment - we're certain she'll do great. 

Here's a little more info on Sarah:

"I joined the company in January 2017.  Prior to this I had worked for many years as an HR/Business Support Manager within the insurance sector.  This was a varied and at times challenging role which required me to multi task and utilise a diverse skill set. One of my roles was sourcing and recruiting new employees and since joining Conrad I am experiencing recruitment from another angle which I'm finding fascinating. 

Currently I am working as a Resourcer for the Architecture team. I am enjoying speaking with people from within the architecture sector and learning all about their qualifications, careers and aspirations. 
 
Originally from London, I have lived in Suffolk for 20 years and enjoy all it has to offer.  In particular I love to spend time walking with my family, going to the cinema, eating out and watching tennis and football (although I'm no expert)."
