Conrad Consulting have partnered with a highly respected AJ100 practice in London is looking for a Senior Architect to take a leading role on projects that shape how people heal, discover and thrive. You’ll work on complex, high-impact schemes and play a key part in delivering spaces that make a real difference to people’s lives.

The role

• Lead and manage from inception through to completion in Healthcare or Science and Lab projects
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to develop sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and budgets.
• Use Revit and other relevant software to produce accurate, detailed drawings and models.
• Carry out feasibility studies and site and building evaluations and produce comprehensive reports.
• Oversee construction works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, budgets and regulations.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth.

About you

• RIBA Part 3 qualified, with at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Extensive experience delivering Healthcare or Science and Lab projects (such as hospitals, clinical facilities, laboratories and research buildings).
• Proficient in Revit and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of the building codes, standards and regulations relevant to Healthcare or Science and Lab design.
• A proven ability to lead and manage projects, with experience overseeing a design team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, creative environment.
