My client, a respected and design‑focused architectural practice are looking to welcome an experienced Architectural Technologist to their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of technical design, contributing to high‑quality project delivery, and working within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The Role

You’ll be involved in the technical development of projects from early design stages through to completion, producing detailed drawings and coordinated information using AutoCAD and Revit. The role will see you working closely with Project Architects and Senior Architects, helping to resolve technical challenges, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and British Standards, and contributing to the smooth running of each project.

You’ll also support the visual and presentation side of project work, using Photoshop, SketchUp or similar tools. A natural interest in sustainable and environmentally responsible design will be valuable, as will the ability to manage your time effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy in everything you produce.

About You

• CIAT accredited or actively working towards
• Around 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong technical design ability with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient user of AutoCAD and Revit
• Skilled in Photoshop, SketchUp or similar 3D/rendering tools
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and British Standards
• Strong communicator with a flexible, practical approach
• Genuine interest in sustainable and environmental design
