Key requirements for the Architectural Technologist:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology
• Minimum 3–5 years’ industry experience within a UK practice
• Strong technical knowledge with experience working across multiple RIBA stages
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality technical drawings and detailed construction packages
• Full working proficiency with Revit and NBS software
• Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Ability to manage workload independently while contributing effectively to a team
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
