Conrad Consulting are proud to represent one of Manchester's finest Architectural brands as they embark on an incredibly busy period of the coming 12 months, and likely beyond. They are looking to recruit a Project Architect to join their busy team.

** This is an opportunity to gain hands-on job-running experience on attractive, career-defining project work. There is an opportunity to step up into a Senior Architect role in the near future **

The office is home to around 10 members of staff including 3 Directors and a team of Architects, Technicians and Architectural Assistants. They are looking for a Recently Qualified Architect to join and support the team on a number of existing and brand-new projects ready to kick off later this year. Typically these projects will be within the Education sector.

The company have an excellent, long-standing reputation for delivery high quality projects across the UK and also internationally. There will be the requirement for this new hire to visit sites occasionally to develop a greater understanding of the projects. There is also a requirement for this new hire to have good technical skills (REVIT) and be confident leading meetings with subcontractors and fellow construction professionals.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on job-running experience on attractive, career-defining project work.

We are hoping for applicants to meet the following criteria:

·ARB/RIBA Qualification.
·Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
·Job-running experience.
·Experience of working within the Education (or similar) sector. This is not essential but would be advantageous.
·Experience using REVIT & AutoCAD software beneficial.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Experience with traditional building contracts.
·Live within a commutable distance of South Manchester.
·Full UK-driving licence with access to a car.
