Conrad Consulting are proud to represent one of Manchester's finest Architectural brands as they embark on an incredibly busy period of the coming 12 months, and likely beyond. They are looking to recruit a Recently Qualified Architect (up to 2 years post-qualification).

The office is home to around 10 members of staff including 3 Directors and a team of Architects, Technicians and Architectural Assistants. They are looking for a Recently Qualified Architect to join and support the team on a number of existing and brand-new projects ready to kick off later this year. Typically these projects will be within the Education sector.

The company have an excellent, long-standing reputation for delivery high quality projects across the UK and also internationally. There may be the requirement for this new hire to visit sites occasionally to develop a greater understanding of the projects. There is also a requirement for this new hire to have good technical skills (ideally including REVIT).

We are hoping for applicants to meet the following criteria:

·ARB/RIBA Qualification (we will accept applications from work-experienced Part II Assistants).
·Minimum of 2 years practical experience.
·Experience of working within the Education (or similar) sector. This is not essential but would be advantageous.
·Experience using REVIT & AutoCAD software beneficial.
·Excellent communication skills.
·Live within a commutable distance of South Manchester.
