This Senior Structural Technician opportunity is designed for an experienced Revit/BIM professional who wants to lead complex modeling efforts, mentor junior technicians, and elevate the quality of structural documentation across the office.

You’ll play a central role in design coordination, drawing accuracy, model development, and standardization — all while working closely with engineers and project managers in a highly collaborative environment.

Take ownership of BIM workflows, large-scale structural models, and coordinated 2D/3D documentation across multi-discipline project teams.

Review, check, and refine the work of other technicians — ensuring drawings are accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.

Support the growth of less-experienced technicians, share best practices, and help develop internal BIM standards and procedures.

Work closely with structural engineers and architectural partners to ensure design intent, constructability, and structural integrity are consistently achieved.

Assist with improving templates, processes, naming conventions, workflows, and digital production standards across the structural team.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, materials, and construction methods

• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-discipline projects

• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across teams

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• 7–15+ years of structural drafting/BIM experience preferred

• $75,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
