You’ll play a central role in design coordination, drawing accuracy, model development, and standardization — all while working closely with engineers and project managers in a highly collaborative environment.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, materials, and construction methods

Experience delivering large-scale, multi-discipline projects

Excellent communication and organizational skills

7–15+ years of structural drafting/BIM experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits

$75,000 – $125,000 base salary, depending on experience
