We are recruiting for a Senior Architect on behalf of a dynamic and innovative, medium-sized architecture studio based in the vibrant city of Liverpool. Founded over 30 years ago, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional architectural designs across a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare. They pride themselves on a collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering sustainable and aesthetically pleasing solutions to their clients. Now, due to our expanding portfolio of projects, they are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Architect will include:

• Work closely with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and budget constraints
• Develop architectural designs that meet the brief and regulatory guidelines
• Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D visualisations
• Prepare and present design proposals for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with other team members including engineers and contractors
• Oversee the construction phase to ensure the project meets the design intent
• Stay updated with industry trends, guidelines, and technological advancements
• Proactively contribute to the development of the company's design standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Architect with 5+ years professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional design and visualisation skills
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, planning policies, and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
