Senior Architectural Technologist - Manchester

Join a well-established Architectural practice in Manchester as a Senior Architectural Technologist, taking a leading role in the delivery of high-quality projects across Commercial, Retail & Industrial sector work. This is a chance to step into a stable, design-driven studio with a strong pipeline and a collaborative culture.

What you’ll do

• Lead technical delivery - Oversee detailed design, specifications and coordinated construction information across multiple projects.

• Guide project teams - Mentor junior staff, review outputs and ensure technical excellence throughout the studio.

• Drive compliance - Provide authoritative advice on Building Regulations, planning requirements and best-practice standards.

• Manage consultants - Coordinate structural, MEP and specialist inputs to maintain design integrity.

• Champion BIM/Revit - Support digital workflows and ensure accurate, well-structured project models.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience as a Technologist within a UK practice, ideally at senior level

• Excellent Revit capability and confidence producing complex technical packages

• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing and project delivery

• Experience with residential or HRB projects beneficial but not essential

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills
