Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Civil Engineer to join their growing Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer with at least 5 years' UK consultancy experience who is looking to take on greater technical responsibility and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects.

Working across residential, industrial, commercial and energy developments, you will lead the design and delivery of highways and drainage schemes, manage projects from concept through to construction, mentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality engineering solutions.

The successful candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, have strong experience in roads and drainage design for UK developments, and possess a thorough understanding of current UK design standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, with experience of Civil 3D and MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage highly desirable. Candidates should be working towards Chartered status or already Chartered with ICE.
