This hybrid role offers technical ownership, leadership responsibility, and exposure to cutting-edge data center and mission critical facility design.

Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid – 3 days in-office recommended)
Salary Range: $125,000 – $170,000 (based on experience)

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

• Lead structural design for mission critical and data center facilities

• Design steel, concrete, foundation, and lateral systems for high-load infrastructure

• Manage projects from concept through construction administration

• Coordinate closely with MEP engineers on integrated systems for critical environments

• Oversee production of structural drawings and calculations using Revit

• Perform QA/QC reviews to ensure technical excellence and code compliance

• Mentor junior engineers and support team development

• Interface directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• 8–12+ years of structural engineering experience

• Experience working on mission critical infrastructure and data center projects (required)

• Strong expertise in steel and concrete structural systems

• Proficiency in Revit and structural analysis tools (RAM, ETABS, SAFE, or similar)

• Knowledge of IBC and applicable building codes

• PE license required (SE a plus)

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Work on high-profile, technically complex data center projects
