We have an exciting role for a driven senior structural engineer to take greater ownership of projects, collaborate with top-tier clients and architects, and contribute to a practice that is deeply committed to sustainable and thoughtful design.

 

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions across a variety of sectors, including education, heritage, culture and leisure. The role offers exposure to both new-build and reuse projects, with a particular emphasis on timber engineering, sustainable design, and the creative adaptation of existing structures.

 

This is an ideal position for someone looking to work on technically interesting projects, often involving complex geometries, historic buildings, and low-carbon strategies.

 

On offer is a competitive salary and hybrid working (typically 2 days per week from home) and generous annual leave, including office closure over Christmas/New Year.

 

If you have strong technical experience across a variety of materials and project types, are a proactive communicator and are committed to sustainable design, our client will want to hear from you.

 

They will require you to lead projects and manage client relationships, so excellent communication skills are a must.
