Own Building Remediation Projects:
Manage multi-phase remediation efforts involving concrete restoration, masonry, waterproofing, stucco, and façade systems—from investigation through construction completion.

Be in the Field Where It Matters:
Perform condition assessments, sounding surveys, moisture testing, and field inspections while verifying repair scopes and construction progress on active job sites.

Technical Problem Solving:
Diagnose structural and waterproofing deficiencies, develop repair recommendations, assist with drawings and specifications, and support quantity take-offs.

Construction-Phase Leadership:
Review shop drawings and submittals, evaluate change orders and pay applications, and coordinate directly with contractors during construction.

Client-Facing Responsibility:
Interface confidently with owners, property managers, and condominium boards—leading walkthroughs, progress meetings, and presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering

• 3+ years of experience in building remediation, restoration, or construction inspection

• EIT preferred; PE a plus

• Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, façade systems, masonry, and waterproofing

• Experience with repair scopes, construction documents, and field inspections

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable traveling 60–80% regionally

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
