Manage multi-phase remediation efforts involving concrete restoration, masonry, waterproofing, stucco, and façade systems—from investigation through construction completion.

Technical Problem Solving:

What you’ll need to succeed:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architectural Engineering

3+ years of experience in building remediation, restoration, or construction inspection

EIT preferred; PE a plus

Strong knowledge of concrete restoration, façade systems, masonry, and waterproofing

Experience with repair scopes, construction documents, and field inspections

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable traveling 60–80% regionally

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
