Sr. Super-Healthcare

Hiring a Superintendent with healthcare construction experience!

Someone with healthcare experience but also experience with ground up projects $20+ million – the ground up experience does not need to be healthcare
Must be able to work in the Lansing area primarily and Grand Rapids when needed
Ideally 5+ years experience in occupied hospitals (does not need to necessarily be ground-up for healthcare)
Somone who has experience and knowledge of the below is ideally preferred:
- Negative air pressure
- Positive air pressure
- Anterooms
- Infectious control
- Pre-Construction Risk Assessments (PCRA)
- Lead and concreate shielding (Which is used with CT and X-Ray projects)
- Radio Frequency (RF) shielding (Which is used for MRI projects)
