Are you an experienced Civil Engineer ready to take the next step into a senior leadership role? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy as an Associate Civil Engineer, playing a key role in leading projects, developing client relationships and helping drive the continued growth of its infrastructure team.

Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially aware Associate to take responsibility for the delivery of a varied portfolio of infrastructure projects, providing technical leadership and overseeing project teams from initial feasibility through to detailed design and construction.

You'll be involved in a broad range of infrastructure services, including drainage and SuDS design, highway and junction layouts, on-site and off-site highway works, feasibility assessments, contract preparation, tender reviews, project management and site supervision. Alongside project delivery, you'll have an important role in managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities and supporting the development of junior engineers.

The successful candidate will hold an HNC or degree in Civil Engineering and have extensive experience in infrastructure design, particularly drainage, SuDS and detailed highway design. You will bring strong project management and client-facing skills, excellent technical and report-writing ability, and the confidence to lead teams, influence project outcomes and contribute to business development.
