Job Title: Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven commercial manager to take ownership of key infrastructure and energy projects, delivering strong commercial performance across complex, high-value contracts.

The commercial manager will be responsible for leading the commercial function across multiple projects, ensuring robust contract management, risk mitigation, and maximised profitability. You will play a critical role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting operational delivery through strong financial control and stakeholder engagement.

• Lead end-to-end commercial management of major projects as a commercial manager
• Manage contract negotiation, administration, and dispute resolution
• Drive commercial strategy to improve margins and project profitability
• Provide accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships
• Support project teams with commercial guidance and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience as a commercial manager within construction, infrastructure, or energy sectors
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and commercial frameworks
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and financial capability
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex project environments
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes
