We are representing an AJ100 powerhouse with a prominent office in central Manchester. They are looking for a minimum of 2 new hires to join them and support some new projects within their busy Residential sector.
They have a new, high-rise Residential development reaching a key stage in it's progress. This is a tall building, so they really need someone with experience dealing with and managing similar sized schemes.

This role will encompass both design & technical responsibilities. The work will prove challenging and rewarding in equal measure.

Key criteria for this Senior Architect hire will include the following:

• ARB/RIBA Qualified Architect
• Minimum 5-years post-qualification.
• Tall buildings (Residential) experience.
• Strong design & technical skills
• Excellent communications skills (Written, verbal, presentation).
• REVIT & AutoCAD proficiency.
