Conrad Consulting is recruiting for an established and highly regarded property consultancy seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) looking for career progression, increased client exposure and the opportunity to work across a varied commercial property portfolio.
The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a combination of professional Building Surveying and project work, working directly with clients and their professional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building surveys and technical due diligence
- Acquisition and pre-acquisition surveys
- Dilapidations surveys and negotiations
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Contract administration
- Project management and refurbishment projects
- Statutory compliance
- Client relationship management
- Supporting business development and team growth
About You
The ideal Senior Building Surveyor will have:
- MRICS qualification
- Strong consultancy experience in Building Surveying
- Experience across both professional and project work
- Knowledge of dilapidations, acquisition surveys and contract administration
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ambition to progress and develop within a growing business
