A leading international project team is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major construction project in Cologne.
This is a key commercial position, responsible for supporting the successful financial and contractual delivery of the project while working closely with the wider project team.
The Role
- Manage commercial and cost management activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor budgets, costs, valuations and variations
- Manage change and contractual matters
- Prepare commercial reports and forecasts
- Work closely with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
- Provide commercial guidance to the project team
- Support procurement and final account negotiations
About You
- Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction background
- Proven experience managing commercial aspects of major projects
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost control and change management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified or equivalent
- Experience working on international projects would be advantageous
