Conrad Consulting is proud to be supporting a highly respected, forward‑thinking consultancy as they look to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their established cost management team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced QS who wants to work on high‑profile projects while progressing within a dynamic, people‑focused business.

You’ll take a leading role in delivering cost consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, mixed‑use, and public‑sector schemes. Responsibilities include:

• Full pre‑ and post‑contract cost management

• Preparing cost plans, estimates, and feasibility studies

• Managing procurement strategies and tender processes

• Contract administration and employer’s agent duties

• Leading client relationships and supporting junior team members

• Contributing to business development and project delivery strategy

• Strong background in cost consultancy or PQS environments

• MRICS qualified

• Proven experience managing projects independently

• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills

• A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong technical capability
