An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship London-based project delivering a high-end luxury hotel of exceptional quality.

This role is ideal for a Quantity Surveyor with a proven background in prestigious hospitality developments, where attention to detail, quality finishes, and complex stakeholder coordination are paramount.

• Full commercial management of luxury hotel fit-out and new-build works
• Cost planning, procurement, and tender analysis
• Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts
• Working closely with contractors, consultants, and client teams
• Ensuring robust cost control aligned with design excellence

• Demonstrable experience working on high-end luxury hotels or premium hospitality projects
• Strong background in main contractor or client-side environments
• Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
• Confident, detail-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-value project settings
• London-based or able to commute reliably
