Conrad Consulting is pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded multidisciplinary consultancy to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor for their growing West Sussex office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a forward‑thinking practice delivering a wide-ranging, project‑biased workload, primarily for public sector clients.

You will take a key role in the delivery of building surveying and project-led instructions, including:

• Contract Administration on projects of varying scale and value
• Full Project Management duties from inception through to completion
• Writing and reviewing technical reports
• Preparing specifications and schedules of work
• Reviewing, preparing and submitting planning applications
• Client liaison and professional advice throughout all stages of projects
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate

To be considered, you should have:

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• MRICS status (or actively working towards chartership)
• Strong experience across project-focused building surveying services
• Previous exposure to public sector projects (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach

• Salary £55,000 – £65,000, dependent on experience
