Conrad Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a major project within the infrastructure, energy, utilities and power sector.
This is an opportunity to join a project during construction delivery and take responsibility for a broad range of commercial and contractual activities.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Contract administration.
- Commercial management throughout construction.
- Change and variation management.
- Claims and compensation events.
- Commercial reporting.
- Cost control and forecasting.
- Commercial risk management.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Supporting the successful commercial delivery of the project.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 5-10 years' experience working on major infrastructure, energy, utilities, power, renewables or BESS projects.
- Strong construction delivery experience.
- Excellent NEC and/or FIDIC knowledge.
- Experience managing change, claims, variations and compensation events.
- Strong commercial reporting and cost management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience within a client, consultancy or contractor environment.
