Conrad Consulting is recruiting experienced CVA Commercial Managers to support a major infrastructure programme in London.
The successful candidates will join a specialist commercial assurance function responsible for auditing and reviewing costs across a major project supply chain.
The Role
You will provide commercial assurance through the review and verification of contractor and subcontractor costs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking commercial cost verification and audit.
- Reviewing contractor and subcontractor submissions.
- Assessing cost information and identifying discrepancies.
- Providing robust commercial challenge.
- Supporting commercial governance and reporting.
- Working with project, commercial and supply chain stakeholders.
- Applying NEC contractual knowledge where appropriate.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong commercial management experience.
- Experience within major infrastructure or construction projects.
- Previous cost verification, audit or commercial assurance experience.
- Strong NEC experience.
- Excellent analytical and numerical capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently and provide constructive commercial challenge.
Candidates will be required to undertake a client interview and approval process before appointment.
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + benefits
